One of the greatest game that nobody has played
Why not just release it if it's so close to completion? Musicians regularly release free songs and demos to fans with the understanding that they are not getting perfect sound, imperfect tracks, etc. Sometimes this work turns out to be really great like Machina II from the Smashing Pumpkins that was actually far superior to the product the band asked you to pay for...

@Sir_Ronson FX patents expired sometime in the recent past so the existence of FX games on the SNES Mini gives credibiity to this. And the audio in the GBA version was bad.
